Josa Kärre has worked in the Swedish Foreign Service since 1999, mainly in the MENA region. Before being posted to New Delhi in 2015, she spent 4 years at the MENA Dept, MFA, as Deputy Director, coordinating trade and promotion activities across the Middle East and North Africa. She has also handled Gulf Affairs at the MENA Dept, MFA and served in Embassies of Sweden in Turkey and the UAE.
